Program Description

INPHI will purchase foreclosed properties, make necessary repairs, and then rent the properties to very-low income households at an affordable rate. When properties become available, they will be offered to qualifying households based on a priority system of family need, affordability, and date of qualification.

Filing the application will add you to a wait list for these units. Rents will vary based on income with the total for rent and utility allowance not exceeding 35% of the applicants gross monthly household income. Applicant must have sufficient income to afford the minimum rent requirements on the unit, while not exceeding the income guidelines. Income Limits for this program range from $19,950 for a single person to $28,450 for a family of four and $33,050 for a family of 6.
